9. Ly: I started to look for a place in late April and knew of Vinson through my friend. Vinson had helped my friend to secure a unit back then and recommended him to me. I was amazed by Vinson’s responsiveness when I first reached out to him. He was supportive, and enthusiast in suggesting suitable listings to my preferences, especially in booking virtual showings since I was not in the country at the time. Although it was peak season, I was able to secure a place after viewing 5-6 units. He also helped me in signing the contract and registering for insurance and other administration works. The only thing I would suggest is that he should check with the landlord to see whether the place had been leased or not before booking the showing to save time and effort of him and his client. Not until we were not able to finalize 3 or 4 preffered condos that we started to precheck everything beforehand. However, overall, I would rate his service 5 stars because he is friendly and is willing to go the extra mile to serve his client.
