As the economy is recovering from COVID-19, the real estate market report for March is released. The average price for the 416 area for a home is almost close to 2 million, and the average price for the 905 area is 1.63 million. The condo resale average price for 416 is $831,000 and the average price for the 905 condo resale is $760,000. Throughout the first 2 months, the market is booming because of the low-interest rate and the lack of inventory that make a seller market. Fast forward to today, the market has started to dip. The new NRST for the non-residents just went up from 15% to 20%. The market is started to shift toward a combination of buyer market and balance market.
