What is a buyer market? A buyer market is when there is more housing on the market, but fewer buyers. What are the factors of a buyer market?
1. Buyer has more options and leverage to negotiate
2. Housing surplus can slow rising prices and even lead to price reductions
3. Has more houses on market than buyers
